How do I measure my ring size?
Most of our rings feature a thoughtful "adjustable opening" design, fitting the finger sizes of the vast majority of people, allowing you to wear them more freely. If you are purchasing a fixed-size ring, we recommend using a non-elastic string or soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of the widest part of your finger (in millimeters mm), and then refer to our size chart. Will the jewelry fade or cause allergies?
We insist on using S925 sterling silver, which is friendly to most sensitive skin. Although silver jewelry will naturally oxidize over time and with exposure to air, with proper care, it can maintain its luster for a long time.
Why is the natural stone I received slightly different from the photo?
As we use natural pearls and raw stones (such as obsidian, tiger's eye, mother-of-pearl, etc.), the texture, color, and shape of each piece are unique gifts from nature, not flaws. This is also proof of the "uniqueness" of the jewelry you own.
How do I care for my U·Need jewelry?
Please try to avoid direct contact between your jewelry and perfumes, cosmetics, or chemical detergents. It is recommended to remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or exercising. When not wearing it, please wipe it clean with the provided polishing cloth and store it in a sealed bag to effectively slow down oxidation.
Can accessories be returned or exchanged?
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once opened. If the product received has quality issues (non-human damage), please take photos and contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, and we will process it as soon as possible.
